Title: Alliant Unique powder

Unique powder seems to be out of production, anyhow I can't find any. Winchester 244 seems to be a substitute as far as performance goes, but I really like how the Unique meters out of my LEE perfect powder measure. Nice and smooth.

The 244 DOES NOT meter smoothly at all.

Do any of you guys have a suggestion for a powder that performs like Unique and also meters as smoothly?

I never thought Unique metered all that well either.

Unique seems to be available around here. Green Dot is very similar, it is a bulky middle of the road pistol powder. You might like it. Midway USA and other online sources seem to have it in stock.

 ww 231 preforms quite similar to unique, as does it's brother from another mother Hp 38

I have found some online but if you can find BE-86 it works just as well.
