Pedersoli or Uberti (Trapdoor carbine)

Just a point of correction.  Pedersoli may manufacture Uberti Trapdoors, but I do not believe that Pedersoli is owned by Beretta.

Beretta  is a private family run Holding company which consists of Beretta, Benelli, Franchi, A. Uberti, Stoeger, Sako ,Tikka, Steiner & Burris Optics. Currently run by Piero Gussalli Beretta.
Uberti is part of the Benelli Group, a member of the Beretta holding family.


Davide Pedersoli was the founder of the Family owned firearms manufacturing company
still Family owned and run currently by Pierangelo Pedersoli.
Davide Pedersoli & C is one of the members of IFG  Italian Firearms Group

 Pietta President Joseph Pietta and The Brothers  Alberto and Alessandro, run the Family owned company.
