Muster 2006
« on: August 11, 2006, 01:46:40 PM »
 Information for everyone.
We have  shower facilities at the range, towels, soap and shampoo will be furnished. If you are needing wood for a camp fire, that too is provided. Perhaps this will hellp eliminate extra "stuff".
Lemonade, ice tea, coffee, hot tea and hot chocolate are always FREE at Widow Barlow's Cafe.
Widow Barlows is the cafe on the range.
Is there anything special that is needed by anyone? Please let me know what it might be and I will try to see it is provided. (Within reason)
Kayleen

Was at the Iowa SASS Championships this past weekend and had a chance to sample some of the Widow's cookin' and she sure has a flair for it. One caution about that there "shower".......the water comes straight from a Northern Iowa spring and it is, to say the very least, COLD so bring a blanket to wrap up in so's Ya don't freeze your...well, you know.

Also had the joy of representing GAF and NCOWS at the banquet and was awarded the Best Dressed Man plaque for the 2006 Iowa Championships. Them Yankees just don't know how to dress proper.

Widder Barlow,  I believe I would like to put in my reservation for that building you suggested as I could then set up my living quaters there also.

Yours Respectfully,
Gripmaker

Woo Hooo!  Congratulations Gripmaker!!  Way to go!  Yes indeed, the GAF folks do know how to dress well!!

Wow, Kayleen!  Your range sounds incredible!  I hope we can make it this year but things are still up in the air at the moment.
