I don't know if this applies to anyone or not but I received the following from the NRA concerning concealed carry in Nebraska.

Please Thank Attorney General Bruning!
Attorney General Jon Bruning (R) recently completed a comprehensive review of the concealed handgun laws in all fifty states. This review was done in advance of LB 430 going into effect on Sunday, August 30. As a result of this review, the Attorney General’s Office has also compiled a list of states whose Right-to-Carry permits will be recognized in Nebraska.
Nebraska will now recognize Right-to-Carry permits from the following states:
Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Idaho, Hawaii, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota (class one permit), Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, and Wyoming
In addition, permit holders from the following states will be able to carry in Nebraska, provided the permit holder is 21 or older: California, Iowa, Maine, Montana, North Dakota (class two permit), and Texas
