What's wrong with web page

I went to the web page the other day and found a bar across the top that says "select an option", but it covers up all the options and won't allow you to select one.  It was still that way today. Is anybody else having this problem or am I the only one.

I just tried it with both Firefox and Internet Explorer and had no problems accessing the site. What browser are you using?
