Greetings from Baghdad
« on: May 18, 2006, 09:35:12 AM »
Well I'm here in sunny, warm Baghdad, Iraq.  If you see anything happening around the airport that's where I am.  We're manning the fire dept here.

Had the pleasure of working with some of your predecessors there.  Are you on the Sather side or on the Victory side?

Either way, thanks for what you're doing.  Hope that the current management is continuing to keep the number of rocket and mortar attacks low.

Keep up the good work.

We're on the Sather camp and the airfield.  We've had a little action the last couple days, but pretty far outside the wire.  We did have a helo come in shot up yesterday that we responded to when he landed.  A little excitement, but otherwise routine.
