Has anyone gotten to shoot this yet?  I just did today, with fairly pathetic results.  Interestingly enough, I shot better with the 1868 Springfield than the SMLE.  Both performed admirably, though.

Haven't ordered any targets yet, I'm in the middle of buying stuff for a new impression, taking up all available gun hobby funds.... :(

I'm trying to finance a new impression myself.  It's getting there, but being independently wealthy would sure make it a lot easier!

JW have you had a chance to make it to Optic Planet?

I understand stuff happens and the best laid plan etc.  Not trying to rush you.

This sounds like a lot of fun. I could shoot it with my trapdoor, but it would be even more fun to shoot it with my Maynard ...

That will work!  Just send me your e-mail address and I'll send you the information I have.

Has anything been done on this idea? I was thinking, maybe if someone(Doug Strong?) picked some targets up and bring to the muster, it would save a lot of shipping costs.
