Is hereby promoted to the rank of Sgt., Ordnance branch.  His principle duty will be the evaluation of foriegn weapon systems.

Congratulations! 

Now get back to work!  I'm expecting an report, delivered here, on the perfomance of rifles from France, Argentina, and Russia.
