Prayers up for your nephew and his squad to make a speedy and full recovery.  He is in good hands there at Bethesda.

My thoughts and prayers are with you, your family and your nephew.

Bethesda does have the best, - the civilian hopsitals in the area - including the world reknowned Johns Hopkins - send their hardest and challenging cases to Bethesda.

My wife has had services through their neuro department and we have had a child there - he will get the best.

My thoughts and prayers are with your nephew and the members of his squard, and you and your family.  Many troops have been wounded here in Iraq and Afganistan and have survived due to the advanced medical care we now have in the military.  God speed on his recovery!  God Bless America and all who serve her!
I have the Honor to remain,

Your Obedient Servant,

(SFC) Bvt Lt. Col Reb Tyree, CSA
Chief of Staff, Dept of the Pacific,
Grand Army of the Frontier
