On the Awards Page of the GAF web site the following are listed as policies that are being rewritten and will be reissued.
A. Marksmanship, B. Star of Merit, C. Veterans Award and D. Commanders Citation.
The page was Last Modified: 8 November 2008, is there a possible date that these policies and instructions will be reissued?

I'm working on it as quickly as I can during what free time I have, but we've had lots of changes over the last few years so it is taking a bit longer than I anticipated. Made good progress last weekend, but this week has been non-stop with other obligations and I haven't had time to do anything more. My intent is to get it to Bvt Col Schmit for posting on the website within the next two weeks.
