Fjestad is now publishing a Blue Book specific to only S&W in a pocket format.  I picked up a copy and it is very handy.

It has serial number ranges for the various model changes, but not a date of manufacture reference for each serial number.  Very similar info that was included in the previous big "Blue Books".
