Zane Grey (& others) first edition hardbacks
« on: August 01, 2010, 11:10:33 AM »
I've got a box of clean hardbacks, not former library books - anyone into these tomes?

THE HASH KNIFE OUTFIT, 1929/1933
THE LOST WAGON TRAIN, 1932/1936
CODE OF THE WEST, 1934
THUNDER MOUNTAIN, 1935
THE TRAIL DRIVER (1936)
WEST OF THE PECOS (Most sources say this was released in 1937, but this is marked 1931, 1937  ???)

Some other first edition hardcovers

SPANISH ACRES, Hal G Evart (1925) - fyi, turned into the 1930 movie 'Santa Fe Trail'

SECRET HARBOR Stewart Edward White (1926) - found out that, starting in 1922, he and his wife Elizabeth "Betty" Grant White wrote numerous books they claimed were received through channelling with spirits. Alrighty then... :o

OUTCAST WARRIOR Kirk Munroe (1905/1924)

INDIAN HEROS AND GREAT CHIEFTAINS Charles Eastman (1918/1919)
