My best friend John Holmes has crossed over.
A graduate of The University of Florida, John taught History in the Osceola Co. (Kissimmee) school system 36 years and retired a highly respected educator.
Nary any place we'd go, we'd did not run into a former student of his, He taught 3 generations of some of the students we'd meet.
John was a Sons of Confederate Veteran past commander, 40+ year veteran Reenactor and original organizer of the Battle at Narcoossee Mill.
