Wow! To pick 10 is a bit tough, what with classics and newer films. I'd go with the ones already mentioned and let’s call it a top 20 list for me. Now to add to that list I'd suggest The War Wagon and Young Guns.

From the looks of things this poll should be changed to the top 50 Westerns....I won't add mine they have already been listed with the above posts.....do CW movies count as westerns? I think they are called period pieces in movie lingo? Who really cares....we like them all.
