In the last few weeks I've gotten several job opportunity offers  ...FedEx , USPS , Home Depot,  etc.
, multiple times in fact.

Today I receive a job offer alert
seems the John D Archbold Hospital needs a Physician Gastroenterologist / Gastroenterology Opportunity Exceptive.   ???

Hmmmm  ::)  .... I mean,  yeah !  I could apply if I had the guts.   :-*

Oh and the coffee timer is set  :)

I read this out loud to Mrs Marvel and we both cracked up!

You could do the job because 9 out of 10 Gastroenterologists are idiots, or at least most of them I've dealt with.

Ah My Dear Del - wait until you deal with a Neurologist. It's all "if this xyz pill doesn't fix it it's all in your head"
do
not
let
me
get
started
about
neurologists.

Quote from: Del, Master Baker
Would you listen to what the patient told you, can you read previous records about a reoccurring problem?

In the Midst of this Historic Outbreak, The White Coated Gentlepersons are so overwhelmed at this point that they just
jump to obvious conclusions and do not believe they have the time to actually read the file .  We JUST had that experience
when we told them FOUR TIMES to send an Rx eclectically to pharmacy xyz and they sent it THREE TIMES to pharmacy abc... took ten days
to get the thing. I could have hiked down the mountain to the Dr's and walked it over to the store faster.

Now that's actually funny!

Almost wish I had a straight jacket. ::)   Instead of turning the burn off that was not on anyway I had to go out to the kitchen to do it.  Watched her spend 2 hours peeling and orange.

Did she go to the ER yet? They need to reverse that stuff asap.

They said it would wear of quickly, much better now.

Only dealt with one nerve Dr, not impressed,

My gastro Dr hate goes back about 50 years and almost every encounter reinforces it.

Changed GP in January ain't really had one for a while, revolving door at the clinic.   Nurse at the rehab hospital recommended him when I told her my wants.   Laid out the whole gastro Dr thing to him first visit, he agrees, if we know the problem is adhesions there is no need for a gastro Dr to torture me putting stuff in the lower and upper holes and taking X-Rays that will show nothing, go straight to the surgeon and fix it, after 7 times I know exactly what is going on and no sense taking a simple thing and dragging it out, it will not happen again.

Cookie.... it is all about billing and everyone gets a cut.  It is just practicing don’t expect them to get it right.  I decided after two failed surgeries no more. Not going to go thru it again.

Afternoon all.

The kid has returned to his old stomping grounds in California. So far I have taken my dog to a pond, and cleaned a chicken coop.

Lexie went to visit her Aunt in Sioux Falls, Riley knew something was up and now he's pouting.   We're going to go out and watch the neighbors fireworks in a bit.

Told the niece that lives about a mile away to stop by and check on us once in a while.   Lexie said she would call every night and check on us.  Mom called a bit ago and checked to see if we were alright she heard an ambulance call on the scanner but it was a block away.  Getting old sucks.

The fourth be with you ...
lots of booms last night ...ranging from the crackle firecrackers to some star shells  some were quite loud & close by.

No real plans for the day, gonna wing it .... No weekly visiting the LGS , the owner/friend is down with the woo hoo flu,
beside being a holiday.

I sold my old Home Depot yard tractor with the blown trans, to a guy ( He repairs and resells )
I needed it out of way ( it is in my covered shooting gallery ) , he'll pick it up today ....goody

Beyond that excitement , I got NADA

Wife and I had movie night last night. We've been excited to view "Hamilton" ever since it was announced on Disney+.
It was fabulous, - the talent represented . . . I could not imagine the sheer energy that cast would have to muster for every performance.

It was a very appropriate expression for this Fourth of July holiday.
