Some of the weather guessers threatened us with 4-6" of the evil white stuff, some others went as far as 15". Got about 2", and it's all melted off the roads already. Can't hardly even look out the window without sunglasses, though.

Come over to see how you were faring.

Rowdy fell getting on the bed last night and hurt his shoulder.  Waiting for the vet to open in the morning.  He is having trouble walking, nothing seems bad broke, not in much pain or he's hiding it good.  Have to lift him up and down off the bed but will.  Looking at doing him steps or a ramp.

Roo's rain has flowed on south, settled in over the late night ...raining now, looks to be a day of it...

I strained a muscle the other evening in my right side not sure how, but felt it when I was reaching the top shelves in the Closet I was clearing.... Sore all weekend.
Sharpest when I cough or sneeze, and of course, I had that going on due to a touch of a cold or something  ::)
Some better this morning, as I get pumping to head to the work 20 ....a few Ibuprofen and I funtion Fair to middling  :-\

OH, yeah !  I did manage to get to the toy store & lunch with shooting pard ( common Saturday occurrence )
Friendly FFL had a pair of Kimber Bel-air's in 380 on consignment.
Kimber's version of the Colt Maverick.

Rather attractive, little spud a pimp gun  Kimber is right proud of them too, looking at the retail on them...
However the consignee is motivated and he has them priced to sell... not to me !  but someone or two  :-\

Good to hear you and yours are safe, LR.

Thanks for the Coffee...

M2 from previously having a Kimber - I am not impressed with them, for the price.

Slim hope Doctors reports are favorable

Yesterday’s storm left 23 casualties here in Alabama- a family from SIL’s church left all in intensive care.

Prayer out for Rowdy too

Ok, we're back, soft tissue injury and got antiinflammatories, will take a couple weeks to heel.. problem seems to be compounded by a dog who over the last month learned how to gain sympathy.

I got up to make coffee, did not want to leave him on the bed in case he tried to get down.   He won't get up, I eased him to the edge and lifted him to the floor, he limped out to the dining room on 3 legs and laid on the blanket I put down for him, figured no reason to force him to go out since we had to go out in a bit.

The niece walked in, up he popped and a 4 legged dog with a bad limp almost ran to greet her.  4 legged dog was lifted into the back of Jeep Compass.  Get to vet, limping 4 legged dog is happy and wants to ride the elevator table.  Judy and the tech Josh get kisses.

Get him home, niece leaves and 3 legged dog limps back to blackets.

So what do I do? I put p nut butter on cracker with pill and deliver it to him.

Same here, FFL had one of the newer 380 Maverick's (also Polymer framed)  also consigned ... was an easy compare

Got about 5 inches of wet heavy S**W last night, did the S**wblower thing to the driveway, Had all the cars parked off the driveway so it was a quick clearing other than having to stop a couple of times to clear chunks of tree limb that fell from the weight on them. by 10:00 it had all melted off.
I had to replace a kitchen faucet the other day and have been paying for it ever since, clearing the driveway didn't help any.

Y'all stay warm and dry
