Deadwood
« on: November 14, 2017, 11:05:50 AM »
Saw on Facebook (Cowboys & Indians) that HBO is ready to start production in fall 2018 of new Deadwood movies.
I still have to see the series.  I am slow to jump on tv shows.

I'm a big fan, but be advised, it has very strong and crude language. It didn't bother me much, but I can see where it would drive someone away.

They've been talking about concluding Deadwood for a while now. I'm hoping that there's something to this. I'd love to see something new in regards to that show.

Herd the language was on the strong side of things :o
But I have a sister that can out curse, the saltiest pirate who ever sailed the seven seas..so, the dialogue won't be anything new...but I don't think the grandkids will watch with me.
I plan to watch it this winter...no baseball...I think it will fill the void

I loved the show, but the way it ended in season 3 was terrible. I'm hoping they pick it up and give it a full conclusion.

Have watched it and the movie, twice now.  As i stated earlier in this post, i am slow to jump on tv shows.  To be honest picked up both the series and movie in the discount bin at Wallyworld.  I am cheap as well.  Great story line...but, the endings leave me wanting more.   :-\
