I finally stopped putting off mowing the lawn last Saturday, and just got it mad at me!  It grew so fast it needs mowing again!  Supposed to rain off and on for the next several days.  With the good feeding of Milorganite I gave it, it might decide it needs daily mowing before too long.

Morning all.

Rain in California as well. Pretty much all there is to tell.  Just sitting here drinking coffee and petting the dog.

I haven't heard the word Milorganite for many years. I was born and raised in Milwaukee and lived around two miles from the Milorganite processing center. Some of my Dad's drinking buddies worked there. https://www.milorganite.com/using-milorganite/what-is-milorganite

I was born and raised in Racine WI.  Worked in Milwaukee and got to go over the river that fed the plant twice a day, five days a week.  Between the tanning factory, and the Miller brewery, the aroma was so prevalent nobody ever new about the fertilizer being created just on the other side of the bridge. ::)

They may bypass the middle man at the end, but I don't think Portland or San Fran people consume enough beer to add   the nutrients that the brewery's added to the mix that hit the mouth of the Milwaukee river. ;D

I used to sell beer in the hood, trust me, they drink enough Milwaukee's Best Ice to fertilize all of Nebraska's corn fields.  It's the new MD 20-20.  The new drone in the hood.😉

Miller had not (trying not to use contractions until the problem with special characters is fixed) come up with that one when I was younger.  It was mostly High-life and Lite.  Besides they are still the Middle Men ::).

By the way, how is retirement treating ya?  Like I said it got harder for me to keep track of what day of the week it was, especially after the wife retired.
