The above suggestion is most honorable in these troubled times, but alas, the powers that be, i.e. US Govt., will not accept any letter or package addressed as such and has issued a press release to that effect. Best regards to all our Troops wherever they may be, and if anyone has specific names that is the best way to go about sending a card or package.
