Ultramax ammunition

Not sure if this is th right place for my question. Saw that Ultramax Ammunition was going to rebuild their factory. I don't find their ammo anywhere. Did they decide not to rebuild?

 I would imagine that with the shortage and tight supply of building material, coupled with the way Rapid City is expanding, getting contractors in place to rebuild is going to take time. Along with jumping thru all the hoops and permits both federal and state to get things up and running.
 Not to mention the same component shortage that is affecting everybody every where.
It'll be awhile.
