The last time I saw gasoline in Florida under $2.00 per gallon was in November of 2018.

We went to two of the major supermarket chains (Publix and Winn Dixie). Things appeared to be relatively normal and we found everything we needed to buy.

The pools and workout centers in our Condo community are closed thru March 31st. Our church had a reasonable attendance at the 10:00 AM service and way down at the noon service.
Gas is $1.74 in the town I work outside of.

Both services were way down in attendance.

Gas was a buck something on Thursday around here. Don?t think price will remain that low long.

Back in 1957 gasoline was around $.30 per gallon. I could cruise all night on a "bucks worth" in my 53' Ford

Gas dropped to 1.94 in the town where I work, been there for a week and doesn't seem to be going lower.

Our church attendance was down some, too. Only one morning service this week, no evening because of fellowship dinner and business meeting after morning service.

Text from kid's school, they're extending their spring break another week.

Johnny M, My Dad had a '56 Ford convertible when I was little, but mostly I only remember seeing pictures of it. I vaguely remember the '62 convertible that came after it. Then came the '66 Plymouth Sport Fury, first car I "drove", sitting on the console and steering it.

Trinity and Lil Roo, only FOD I have to worry about here is what I might hit with the lawn mower, or hitting fence wire or a rock with the chain saw. How many times do I have to tell the girls not to leave stuff laying around the yard, especially if the grass gets tall?

I am apparently can?t remember gas price in 57 in 69 it was .25 per gal. And someone cleaned my windshield too. Btw I also owned a 53 ford flathead v8 with 3spd plus overdrive. It was 20  when I bought it.

Coffee is hot.
Had a rain shower earlier calling for additional later this evening

training night

Till my lung collapsed I was on security team. We worked with local cop for some training advise.  Seriously a big part of the membership carry. I know several women that do, including Members of the choir.
The ladies use a local range and take advantage of the ranges ladies day discounts.

Don't have a security team at our church, but I always carry, and some others do also. Not real sure how helpful any of them would be, as we're fairly new to this church and don't know anyone really well.

Since I am a at risk senior. I have been a good boy and staying inside the fences.  So maybe some you May be able to answer this. Is it true, the gun shop shelves and displays are drying up again?

I feared the election may have caused a short term panic- I hear the virus concerns has caused a hugh demand. I can?t get out to see.

Afternoon all.

Duty day is finished. We're under lightening within 5NM, so we're stuck indoors.

That's about all the news from Sheppard AFB.

Thanks for the coffee.

Got an ear ache and sore throat, so I'm staying home and get some sleep. Oranges for breakfast.

Light sn*w earlier.

'Tis 30 and overcast. "Cloudy with snow showers mainly during the morning. High 43F. Winds ESE at 5 to 10 mph. Chance of snow 40%."

Triage at the entrance, signed in, waited 2 minutes. Two blood samples and something for the cup. Out the door. Coffee and a biscuit for drive home. Stopped at County Co-op store, all ready out of chicks. More coming tomorrow. Need to get a few replacement pullets.
