4-digit number on Uberti Cattleman

Hello gentlemen.

Can someone answer my question ? : On several copies of UBERTI CATTLEMAN revolvers, there is a 4-digit number that always starts with "15". This is not the serial number and sometimes we find the same one on several copies different. What is the significance of this number? Thank you for your help

I thought that too but I was not sure. Since I asked the question on cascity I met someone who has the same model as mine (cattleman blue old model) with the same number (1516). It seems to confirm what you say. Thanks a lot for your help.
