something completely different

anyone ever make or see reference to making leather bicycle seats ?  I'm not thinking of the old school Brooks saddles of English touring bikes ( cool but not what I thinking )
not quite like the Fringed seat on old Indian Motorcycles either , more like this one.

I have a friend that is riding a Adult Trike and mentions how cool that would be , I'd like to explore making or getting one for him .
when planets align...do the deal !

Here I was in my nerdly ways expecting something leather inspired by Monty Python.  Maybe a nice leather shrubbery.   ;D

you might try looking through http://leatherworker.net/forum.   They have loads of different topics.   Will definitely want to see pictures when completed.

Major,

I have some crazy ideas of how to fabricate one of these...though I've never done it!
If you want, you can PM me.
