I made the mistake of going to the LGS today and saw this beauty. It had the old frame and the charcoal blue and before I knew it I was walking out the door with a new firearm. I was a bit disappointed it has three clicks so as soon as I got home I got online and ordered the kit to change it to the original 4 clicks from Taylor and Co.

Sweet! Caliber?

Sweet! Caliber?
It is 45 Colt.
I have owned several Uberti revolvers over the years and currently have around ten or so and this is the finest fit and finished Uberti I have owned. Now mind you I have not owned some of the higher end one like the Evil Roy but I have friends who do and like I said I have seen no better fit and finish. It is no USFA but it is really close to my Standard Mfg. (I said close ;D). I have not had it apart yet so I don't know what the internals look like but that will change when my hammer kit comes in.
Also, this is a Stoeger and not a Cimarron.

Them grip screws could be a mite tight at first!
I have one myself. 4 Click purchased around 2014 or 15. Not one smokeless load through it, only real gunpowder!
Grats on obtaining an Charcoal blue! I'm kinda nuts for that kinda blue.....

Any particular reason for bp only?
These are good for 21K psi ammo . . .

Just my interest in recreating the era of history. To kinda experience what they did.

Well, my hammer and trigger came in and thankfully they were pretty much a drop-in. I also swapped out the hammer and bolt/trigger springs while I was at it and now the revolver is a smooth running 4 clicker. Gonna take her to the range as soon as the weather warms.
