Another SAA in the fold
« on: March 31, 2021, 08:15:48 AM »

Bought an 1899 .45 Colt SAA.  It has a 2nd Gen. cylinder in it, so I can shoot "smokeless" rather than black powder.  Should have it in about 2 weeks.  I've already sent for a Colt Letter on it.

As the old Coke adds used to say, "It's the real thing." and a 1st Generation to boot. Congratulations.

Cool.  Now you need to shake up the cylinder in a bag of rocks so it looks right.   :)
