Are thumb-break holsters allowed?
« on: June 25, 2011, 04:25:23 PM »
I see a lot of 1911 rigs, but i don't see any that are thumb-break style. Are these legal to use?
I will no longer respond to the rants of the small minded that want to sling mud rather than discuss in an adult manner.

Howdy Bugscuffle,  I don't see anything specific to prohibit them provided they meet the othet criteria. Captain Baylor's Wild Bunch For Dummies covers equipment in chapter 4. Another place to check is the Wild Bunch Forum, they have a forum there on rules and is monitered by members of the rules committee, I just checked and no one has asked this question yet. Give WB a try it's a blast, Good Luck :)

• Holsters and magazine pouches must be of traditional or military design and made from traditional materials, (e.g., canvas or leather).
