Does anyone know a good gunsmith for Rugers in So. Calif?
This may spark some interesting conversation, but who does the best action job on these?

My vote has always and will always go to West Fargo in Cochisae County AZ.  I know he's not in So-Cal.  Besides, He's one of the finest gents you could ever meet.
