Laser bore sight ??

I have been thinking I wanted a laser (lazer ) bore sight for my 40/60 Chappie , but could not find one on any sights ( pun ) on the computer,, so I did some research on different case dim. and found the 30-30 win. would fit inside the 40-60 case , soooooo I milled through the head of the 40-60 case ( .415+ dia. ) , until the 30-30 case would slide in up to the base of the 40-60 , then milled a .500+ dia. X .060+-  deep hole for the 30-30 head to fit in flush w/ the 40-60 's . Borrowed a 30-30 bore site from a friend ,, slipped it in my milled out 40-60 case ,,OOOOH Yeeea ,,, at 60ft. the frnt. sight was on line ( both horz.& vert. ) w/ the red dot . Now I know my fired round may not hit " exactly " on the dot ( pun ), but it will be close ,,  on PAPER .
 I think one should use a " fired "( 40-60 ) case so it will fit " your " chamber more centered . The 30-30 bore site will fit many other cal. cases .  ( 45-60 ,, 45-75 ,, etc. )
