Rule Change: Long range rifle usage. (2025 update)

[Drydock]

Starting with the 2019 Grand Muster,  the Long Range rifle component of the match will be shot with the same rifle as used in the Skirmish runs. The use of a different rifle will remove the user from consideration in the Brigade Championship.

This is largely a reflection of current practice, while hopefully preventing specialization of multiple firearms.  This also insures the competitor is always scored in the correct class.

In addition, all civilians will only shoot to 200 yards. Military will shoot the full 300 yard course.

The Muster guide will be changed to reflect this as well
