Palmer belt

This is my attempt at putting together a Palmer brace. Not the best pictures or presentation but I'm bored and tired of being cooped up.

Belt etc looks good.  Is your kepi the 1872 version?  Looks good, but larger that I've seen before.  Where did you get it?

Mike, the cap is a
Starbuck version of the 1872 issue. Got the belt plate and keeper separately. The belt is an repurposed CW piece. Hanover Brass may still offer the back keepers? WPG did have the infantry brace but shows out of stock now. May be awhile before I can put together the completed assembly.
