Chiappa pressures

Hi all, hope everyone has had an enjoyable Christmas.
My first post here, am from NSW Australia and will be picking up a new Chiappa Spencer Carbine in 45 Colt in a week or 2.
Whilst no doubt it has been asked before, I have searched to no avail.
I am trying to find out what the rifle is rated to pressure wise.
Dont get me wrong, Im not trying to shoot high pressure loads, I just want to know what the upper limit is.
I know Italian manufacturers are required to proof test their firearms so I emailed Chiappa, who replied that is to SAAMI spec.
Looking at the SAAMI spec, I cannot find what I am looking for.
Reloading data I have on hand is 15000psi, which is fine, but that is all pistol data.
If anyone has any info to share, it would be appreciated.

I've got a Chiappa Spencer in 56-50. I load for it as I would if it was an original. That's all I need or expect from it.

If you stay within SAAMI specs for .45 Colt, you needn't have any concerns. 

If you need more, go to a .44 magnum Marlin or a '92 in .45 Colt.

As far as pistol caliber carbines, SAAMI data for pistols is used.

on p23 we find 45 Colt in a test barrel 250-255 gr bullet @ 900 fps pressure range as
measured by transducer is
14,000 psi (Max avg pressure) and  15,100  psi (Max probable sample mean)


it also shows saami cartridge dimensional specs, barrel and chamber specs
and at the end, proof data !


FYI, proof loads for .45 Colt range from 20,500 psi to 22,000 psi

The basic reason you cannot find other than "Pistol" data for 45 Colt, is because, 45 Colt is traditionally a "Pistol Caliber Only."  Never intended for use in rifles.  Loading data is based on the existence of really OLD revolvers unsuited to higher pressures.

The Italian manufacturers "PROOF" their guns to the same specs.  I am totally ignorant of the "PROOF" specs and or procedures in your part of the Planet.  I should not suggest you subject your rifle to anything over published SAAMI levels.
