Buckheart,
It is a very early, all Italian, US Patent FA gun.

The DFC guns were made for Davidsons back in the 90s.  DFC stood for Davidsons Firearms Company

We had some other special numbers.  Obviously Long Hunter (LH), Dallas Arms Collectors Asscoc (DACA), National Firearms Museum (NFM), NCOWS (didn't to many), and all the ones we did for a distributor in MA that I can't remember the name right now.  These were the 200 each Storekeepers and Sheriff models in the 4 finishes (Rodeo, Rodeo II, Full Dome, and CC/DB).

That MA distributor would be Lew Horton.

GeryG - Thanks for the info. haven't shot this one yet but it has a great trigger. It's nice to know it's lineage.

I have two USFA revolvers. These are both U.S. Made. Outstanding revolvers!
