Looking for a high riding shotgun shell belt slide.

A guy in my club has an 8 shell shotgun shell slide that mounts on his gun belt.  It mounts with snap loops on either side of the belt buckle and rides above the buckle, not in front of it (kind of a wide upside down "U" shape.)  I personally hate shotgun belts and would love to find a slide like the one he has, but he  tells me the guy that made it for him doesn't make them anymore.

Anyone know of a source for a slide like that?

I can sort of visualize what you are describing.  If you were able to post a picture, I bet one of the crafters on this site could make one.  I'm guessing it would need really stiff leather to hold its shape.  Mernickle makes a 10 shell slide that holds the shells up a little higher, not right in front of the belt, but being a slide it wouldn't work on your gunbelt if the buckle is in front.

You know, I shoot with Dirty Dog Dale all the time and I've never noticed his shotshell slide!
