Will the standard Ruger single action Wolff spring kits for Blackhawks, Vaqueros, and Single Sixes with the XR3-RED gripframes also fit the Birdshead grips?  Midway has the kits on sale for $9.99 right now, and I'm expecting to pick up a birdshead .32 Single Six "fun gun" soon.

I hope so. I bought 4 kits. I think the only ones they may not fit are the new model vaqueros. I was told by someone that you need to clip 2 coils for the NMV. I should be doing my Birdshead .32 this weekend.

I have a set of Qualite birdshead (non-Ruger) grip frames for OM Vaqueros. 
I posed that same question to the feller who does the Qualite mfg AND also to Wolff.
 ;D  Both said they are supposed to fit without any mods.

Dang, I hope so.  I bought up 4 sets recently, too.   ::)
