This 1878 Colt 7 1/2 " 44 wcf circa 1883 arrived today . I am very happy to be its caretaker for now . The action locks-up tight works great in both DA and SA . Bore is very strong looks great . The fine fellow that sold it to me also sent the Colt Factory letter . I like it .,,,DT

Thanks, Dusty.  Don't you just love the history of these guns?

CC Griff

dusty texian:
Very much so . The story of the gun , if lucky enough to know it , is just as valuable as the piece  to me . ,,,DT
