Title: Lee Deluxe Powder measure and black powder?

Is it possible to use The Lee Deluxe Powder measure and FFF black powder? It has mostly brass part except the hopper.

You will find the Lee Powder Measure you have referenced to be most excellent.  Will give you superb service and allow filling cases in the loading block.  Most advantageous.
