I've been looking for an 1885 high wall 40-65.( which seem pretty hard to find) Cimarron is only having the new ones made in 38-55 and 45-70. I was talking with a gunsmith and he said the 40-65 barrel will screw right on with no mods that is if you can find one. He said just take a 45-70 and have it relined for 40-65. Has anyone ever ever done this? Rob
