?Winchester?
« on: July 10, 2019, 03:10:51 PM »
Finally got around to watching ?Winchester?. Enjoyed it, but then I do like Hellen Mirren. She was great in the RED?s films. ?Winchester? definitely kept me interested. The real Mrs Winchester was for sure a few apples short of a dozen. Kinda reminded me of a novel called ?The Hawkline Monster, a gothic western?. An interesting read about 2 gunslingers who get hired to kill a monster by a couple of beautiful women. I?ll highly recommend both the film and the novel. And add that if your husbands firearm inventions keep you from having a sane later life then JMB and Hiram Maxim?s wife had it really bad.

My daughter is in Frisco now doing the tourist thing and went to the Winchester house just today.
I have not been there, have seen the Film,  was entertained and enjoyed it as you were.
