Crow Choker

Title pretty much explains post. Was glad Mako came back, was just getting into reading his informative posts, hadn't really responded much on his return posts (too busy this spring). Come on back Mako. Crow Choker

He definitely livened things up around here.  I think he has various irons in various fires that keep him busy.

:) YES ABSOLUTELY  ;)

PLUS ONE for ALL OF THE ABOVE.  CASCity is a lot more lively with MAKO in attendance you betcha!!   ;D

Mako

I'm sorry everyone.  I guess I'm not meeting the needs of the group.

Upon me slinking back into the forum I originally posted quite a bit and as time went on I wasn't getting much response, I thought maybe I had saturated your tolerance for my antics.

Abilene is correct, I have several things keeping me busy and I also didn't want to just monopolize the discussions  (or in some cases what appeared to be the lack thereof).  Maybe, a few needed to take a nap and I was keeping them from it.

I'll try to do better.

Howdy Mako, I was close to sending you a PM.  As we've all been lamenting, this shooting forum as well as some others have been in doldrums, partially from us getting old and dying off, and probably other things.  But however dead it seems, it is much less dead when you are here.  :)

:) PLUS ONE for Abilene  ;)

Sir Charles deMouton-Black

I always enjoyed the knowledge you provided to our discussions. I have now retired, and havn't been to a range in about three years. For the last 10 years I have taken up archery with the Asian composite bow. I can shoot in my backyard. The nearest range is 38 klicks away;- one way that is. I might get to a 3-D shoot someday. I still have all my guns and important stuff, but "Me-Trublin" (She Who Must Be OBEYED!) arranged for downsizing my 70 year gathrins. I still like to chat and find your input to be invigorating. Well...
Thank y'all.

We are all getting older, I'm way past retirement age even though I'm still considered a young'n to many.  I was told I "had to" quit some things and leave it to the younger men, but I don't have the disposition for negotiating with idiots while we have people in the field.

I'm glad those of you like Sir Charles have found other outlets for your desire to hit things with projectiles (whatever they might be). I've noticed several people on this forum talk about their other hobbies or activities more than they used to.

Thank you everyone,
Mako
