Remington ammo in my lever action?

Howdy, was given a box of Remington .45 Colt 250 gr lead, R45C. Seems a liittle more "pointy" than my Winchester CAS stuff. Anyone used this in a lever?

Thats the bullit i use. Same toughts as i do you have, but  look at some .30-.30's alot more pointy.
Dont know if the 250ggr is flat enaugh but the point suports
the entire primer so it should be enaugh.
My Rossi gobbles it with out protest
