Seems I need a main spring and cylinder stop for My new-to-me 1851...any Plainsmen Have any to trade or sell??? Just Thought I would ask here, to help build our New community...Thanks, Comanche Kid...

None here. I've bought parts from Dixie in the past, but I'd think there would be other sources. In my opinion, Dixie's shipping charges are pretty high. Good luck.

There may be some minor differences betwixt Pietta, Uberi, ASM, etc, internal parts but
One can get complete Pietta parts kits from Cabelas:

one can select "NAVY" parts which will fit all the Pietta Colt's such as 1851, 1860, 1862 regardless of .36 or .44
or one can select REMINGTON which fit the Pietta Remington 1858 .36 and .44
the kits are the same I was supplied by Dixie about 2 years ago.
