Currently Uberti is the only company making them. I believe that possibly only Navy Arms is importing them at this time. they also have one in .38 now as well. A new one just came out along the lines of the New Model number three called the Laramie. A russian copy is available as well for those of the .44 persuasion........Buck

Uberti makes them and Navy Arms, Beretta USA and Uberti USA imports and sells both the Schofield and Russian models.  Go to the BOSS section and there is a ton of information there too.
