Need new instructions for what is likely an old post . Have gone over the FAQ's section but unable to find the solution

I have recently changed and upgraded my public profile . All is well

Want to change my Cas City Profile ...went in several times made all the upgrades , changes and such . Saved it but when I go out and open my public profile and hit the Cas City Profile bar ....all the old profile info is still there.
Now I know there re no stupid questions ..just stupid people so can you help???

Hey there Ted.

     There used ta be a board here called Cyber Cowboy, but it seems ta be gone.  When I had trouble with my profile I went there an Camille Eonic heped me out right away.  Ya might wanna PM her, she's really nice.

I see on the old posts where she seems to be the Go To Person . Will do that . I know I can't change my logiin in name but I wanted to get rid of all the old CAS City profile items and start fresh . But it keeps asking if I want to delete my account ...which I sure do not!!

I'm not real sure what you are trying to do.  Is it the forum profile information that you are trying to modify or is it the CAS City profile that's doesn't show up on the forum?

Hi Camille ,
It is my CAS City Profile . I have changed the info , uploaded the new photo but then when I go back in it keeps saying no photo selected???
Not sure just what I am doing wrong..Heaven knows  with me.

I thought you was tryin ta modify the banner profile at the bottom of all yer posts.  If yer havin trouble with the basic one that comes up when you click on your name in the upper left, the picture file is probably too big.  Resize it yourself or upload it to Photobucket or Kodak and will resize automaticaly for web use.

     Worth a shot.
