Our friend John Cohea has passed
« on: May 01, 2022, 09:31:01 AM »
I know many here knew John or at least his work. In the vein of Chuck Burrows he inspired many and shared it with others. My wife found John online and started us down the path. I acquired quite a few of his pieces over the last several years. I joked with John that he was the only man that could text my wife in secret and live. They conspired for quite a few birthdays and Christmases. Through conversation, he knew of my love of Chuck's work and when he had some become available I was his first call. He lost his battle with cancer this week, far too young at 59.

Sorry to hear of his passing. I was an admire of his large bowie knives. Truly works of art the likes of which I could not afford but loved to look at.
