OAKLAND, Calif. – A man wanted for violating his parole killed three police officers and gravely wounded another in two shootings Saturday, the first after a routine traffic stop and the second after a massive manhunt ended in gunfire, authorities said. The gunman was also killed. http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20090322/ap_on_re_us/police_shot_ca (http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20090322/ap_on_re_us/police_shot_ca)
Sad day for all LEO's and their families. I salute all my brothers and sisters who have answered the call to Protect and Serve.
Keep safe and continue to fight the good fight; Be careful out there...NO traffic stop is routine!
Thoughts and prayers with all who serve and all who support them on this sorrowful day. :'(

I read this too last night as well, so sad and senseless. Just looking at the deceased shooter's mugshot incenses me... >:(
