Those about 4 years old?I looked it up once and it was said the older ones had the most curved horns, mine is about a two year cuase the horns are wider and strieghter..The skull you showed looks to be a big old bull! I got mine from an indian lady that has an antique store here, she used to do alot of mounted shooting.. Those are awsome pics, probably the first i've seen after a fresh hunt! Mind if i show that to my brother in law?? :) Don't think ya could of a prettier animal, look at that head and coat!!!!

Some day a buffler robe :) :)

Ours were 2-3 yr old bulls, great table fare!  Yes, the first skull was huge, definitely a mature bull!!  Feel free to share, I don't mind!!  I'll add a couple more!!

Do you have to treat the meat different before cookin or BBQuin, cook it slower or whatever?Do you mix it with beef?

Hmmmmmmmm Buffalo pics....Lemme see.... These were taken out at the Refuge over the last few weeks....I work out there as one of the buffalo wranglers and tour guides. Being around these magnificent critters and the elk nearly every day is one of the best things that's ever happened to me...
