Just so I understand, it seems that the process involves pressing the washer on one side of the jaws and case RIM a bit wider with the other jaw to increase/swage the RIM diameter larger. Correct, please?
If so, what did the STARLINE rims become? Tx.
Sure beats adapting 50-70 brass or using custom cases.
