72, headed for 96. Yesterday was 105.

Yesterday was somewhat busy. Had to pick the truck up from the shop and take it back in to the station. Half way there, I got sent to a fire. Unbeknownst to me, the fire was already out, and they just needed me to help bring the 7000ft of hose back up the hill. Would have been good info to share before I went lights-and-sirens through both construction zones

Today's agenda includes going back to patrol the same fire (minus the lights and sirens), and a bunch of paperwork left over from the trip we were on.

We are definitely in the hot season in the Sunshine State. Currently 94F with a heat index of 107F. When I go for my morning walk tomorrow at 6:30 AM, it will be 75F and my T-shirt will be wringing wet when I finish.

Cast, powder coated and sized some RN 102gr .356" boolits yesterday. Maybe they will feed better in the 1903/1908 Colt.

The Boss and I went to an interesting restaurant after church today, Ford's Garage. They have some Ford Model A's hanging from the ceiling. In the Men's John, the sink is a tire, and the faucet is from a gas pump. It's a chain, but it's kind of a fun place. Decent burger but pricey.

"SHE" tested positive for covid Saturday after being exposed
at her work 20.
I followed suit yesterday, so far neither of us are real sick.
 Mostly recurring cough, some head stuffiness, mild pressure in nasial cavities, and I have a mid-sore throat this morning. 
My wife thinks she is on the mend.
That sorta coincides with only other time two years ago when we had it...4 days down then on the mend.

I am having a cup of Peppermint tea and sourdough bagel, tate is unaffected (as last time)

Morning all. Pork belly and chicken butt nuggets are up, help yourself 

60 degrees at 0630, but heading for 100.

Ended up transplanting some beans and cucumbers out of pots and into a mound out in the yard. The original plan was to wait for the corn to sprout (I'm growing popcorn this year), but the potted side of things grew a lot faster than anticipated. They were turning quite yellow, so I made the move early. Hopefully the corn still grows.

Good late morning folks. Well we survived the company, it was great having them here but it is nice just having a quiet house too. Roger, you guys get well quick. 78 here right now supposed to hit 88 and cloudy. Low chance of rain the next few days but temps in the 90s. Had a monsoon here Sunday night, washed a bunch of gravel from the parking area into the driveway so spent about an hour last night shoveling it back to where it belongs. The rain has been so heavy here the whole area is seeing snakes flushed out of their dens, so we have nearly sold out of snakeshot at work. Anyway I think I am gonna make another pot of coffee.
