I was recently reading "Regulations Relating to the Uniform and = Equipment of the Officers and Enlisted Men of the United States Marine Corps" on your = site.  What year is this from and what source are you getting the = information from?  I am currently working on researching Marine Corps = rank insignia. I am looking for any Uniform Regs, plates, etc. from = before 1912.  Thanks!
