Always great to see your work Mick. One thing missing from an old west store are the actual boxes that firearms, ammunition, and tools came in.

You should show some of the store photos from Laredo.

Also, have you also made boxes for the Navy Colt, Pocket or Dragoon?

 I like to see a picture of an original and go from there, and needless to say, original boxes for Dragoons etc are a bit hen's teeth. I could improvise as with the Schofield and Merwin, but I need to find a decent pen and ink or line drawing of the relevant pistol to give it and credibility. The Schofield and Merwin were best guess based on what I've found for colt with regards box style.

Love your work!  I wonder if ANYONE has an original box for say, a Dragoon Colt.  I've never really thought about how they would be shipped individually.
